Job Title: Certified Surgical Tech

Job Location: Bakersfield, CA

Job Type: Contract - 13 weeks

Job Duties:

• Assisting surgeons during surgical procedures by passing instruments and supplies.
• Maintaining sterile fields and ensuring aseptic technique throughout surgeries.
• Preparing operating rooms by setting up surgical equipment and instruments.
• Anticipating the needs of surgeons during procedures and efficiently managing surgical flow.
• Collaborating with other healthcare team members to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Job Requirements:

• 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience as a Certified Surgical Tech
• Licenses Required – BLS and CST by NBSTSA
• Travel required

Schedule:

• Day Shift
• 8 hours/Day,
• 40 hours/ Week
• 7:30 AM – 04:30 PM
